About Bishan Singh

I’m fascinated by the expressive power of the human form and the quiet presence of nature—how both can carry narrative, emotion, and memory. My work explores realism and representation with a focus on subtle storytelling and atmosphere.

Though my journey began in the Indian Himalayas, it was my exposure to multiple art cultures—particularly after relocating to Germany—that reshaped the way I paint today.

After completing my Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts in India, I began working independently—taking commissions to sustain my practice, refining my technical skills, and gradually building a dedicated client base.

Today, I’m focused on deepening my engagement with the contemporary representational art world, creating thoughtful work that contributes to its evolving dialogue.
