The artworks were packaged well and were delivered very quickly (considering the military conflict in Ukraine). The artist communicated with me and Artfinder also sent me an update when the package was shipped. The artworks are beautiful and arrived perfectly intact (again, this is impressive considering the chaos and destruction going on in the area). The overall experience was fantastic. This is my second order from this artist and I would definitely order from him again.

I didn’t realize upon ordering that this artist is in Ukraine. As the conflict unfolded there, the artist went above and beyond to stay in communication, and even offered to repaint them artwork when it appeared to go missing in transit. I received the painting this week and am blown away at the skill and quality of even the smallest details.

So, I'm afraid I had given the seller bad ratings, but I later found out it was US postal service fault, not his, so I would change all ratings to a 5.
