    Hi! My name is Anna Shirina (aka Anna Shee). I’m an artist working in both digital and traditional media. Over the last few years, I’ve been creating and selling hand-drawn digital artworks as NFTs, using Procreate as my main tool. But my creative path doesn’t stand still. Today, I’m expanding the ways I share my art with the world: I print and ship fine art prints worldwide and create acrylic abstract paintings on canvas. My artistic journey started back in 2009 when I worked as a photographer. Later, I moved into graphic design, and eventually fine arts became my true home. In 2019, while traveling, I switched from pastels to digital painting using Procreate. Since 2024, while continuing to use Procreate as my main digital tool, I’ve also been exploring traditional painting with acrylics: drawn to its physical textures, layering, and tactile depth. I like to create visual stories. Through minimalistic images and metaphor, I explore human inner states, our connection to nature, and personal transformation. My works often feature people in symbolic or slightly absurd situations. I reflect on themes like balance and imbalance, shadow and duality, freedom and personal choice. Composition and rhythm play a key role in my process. I often use a muted color palette, letting rare bursts of vivid color speak louder. Now, besides digital work, I experiment more with textures, color, and physical space in acrylic abstracts.
