About Andrii Kovalenko
Biography
I approach art as a meditative process, where the emergence of form is as important as the final result. My work is a dialogue between materials, textures, and surfaces, allowing unexpected outcomes to appear through interaction rather than control.
I work across painting, monoprinting, and screen printing. Monoprinting captures a singular, unrepeatable moment, while screen printing allows me to explore repetition, variation, and tactile qualities.
My practice exists on the edge between control and chance. I embrace the material as an active collaborator, trusting its logic and its ability to surprise.
Each work becomes a fragment of an inner state — an intuitive expression that invites open interpretation and dialogue.
