  • Alina’s main interest in painting is animal portraiture. Through animalism she expresses her inner self. Each animal is a kind of a symbol that the subconscious turns into a readable shape. In her works she tries to find a balance between figurative and abstract animalism, so as to articulate her artistic statement more accurately. In painting, it is important for her to focus on the psychological portrait and on introspection and internal reflection. The artist seeks inspiration in the artwork of the modern animalists from the point of view of the image and the psychological component.
