Michelangelo's David—and the story of David and Goliath—has fascinated me deeply. For me, it's not about size or strength, but courage, intelligence, and the will to stand up against something greater than yourself.

This is why I created my David collection: reinterpreting the icon with bold black lines and neon colors.

For me, classical figures belong in our present day. That's why I chose the universe as backdrop—it represents the infinite, something timeless. The same universe we gaze upon today existed when Michelangelo created his David. With this work, I bring him into our era, giving him a pulsating vitality through neon colors.

This piece also embodies a deeper conviction: that our existence doesn't end with this life, but that we return again and again through stages of development. The luminous colors against the cosmic background tell this story—of return, transformation, and enduring light.

David becomes a symbol: timeless, reborn in ever-changing forms.
