In "Viewers," I create a sharp, slightly ironic psychological critique of primitive male mating instincts operating beneath a modern surface. Even though no women are physically present on the canvas, they form the absolute epicenter of the narrative. These figures are caught in a moment of pure, raw exhibitionism—displaying their bodies like competitive roosters on a stage, desperately hoping to attract a passing female. I wanted to capture the absurdity of this timeless behavior, highlighting how the basic hunting instincts of the animal kingdom still heavily dominate the male subconscious today. By contrasting their confident, calculated postures with a sense of complete emotional stagnation, my artwork serves as a humorous yet critical mirror, suggesting that despite our civilized world, the primal Neanderthal mentality hasn't fully vanished.
