Tuttomondo (2026) Original Oil Painting by Mieke van Os

A playful, collage-like work characterized by graphic simplicity against a blood-red background. An interplay of line and color. Drawn freehand in a fluid style, creating a sense of movement and interconnectedness. The various stylized figures intertwine, conveying a timeless message of the unity of humans, animals, nature, marine life, and life in space. Each represents its own story with subtle references to iconic characters from the past and present. Which ones do you recognize?

An encouragement to work toward a more harmonious future in an era torn apart by conflict and division. A plea for global unity. Art as a force for change, a source of hope, an act of joyful resistance. An ode to life, symbolic of peace and tolerance, wherever on Earth and in the universe.
