- Tropic Excuse
Original artwork description
Tropic Excuse explores abstract green forms that seem to grow, overlap and drift across the surface. Some shapes recall leaves, stems or other plant-like structures, while others remain deliberately undefined, creating a sense of movement between the familiar and the imagined.
The painting evokes the lush, shifting energy of tropical nature without describing a specific place.
Painted in oil on canvas, 50 × 40 cm.
The sides are fully painted, so the work is ready to hang with or without a frame.
