Why I Painted This
I paint animals as emotional characters rather than decorative subjects, and within Creatures Who Feel they become reflections of recognizable human experience. I wanted to capture that specific moment when certainty disappears and curiosity quietly takes its place, and to let something as small and expressive as a pug's face carry all of that tension and wonder at once.
