Original artwork description
This painting began as an abstract playground of mixed media—a blend of layers that were never quite finished, like a candy store waiting to be stocked. When I came back to it, I knew it was time to add a splash of joy. With new strokes of bright reds, pinks, and oranges, the canvas transformed into a vivid swirl of color that makes you think of sweets and summer days.
“Sweetness” is all about indulgence. Its radiant colors and layered textures invite you to dive into its playful energy. Behind that playful façade, however, lies nearly a decade of history. The old layers, preserved beneath the new, give it a depth and character that only years in the making can provide. It’s more than just a painting; it’s a living memory, brought back to life and glowing with new possibilities.
