I painted this landscape, recalling a warm summer noon in the old town of Vellmes.
Sunlight gently falls across the walls of the houses and the ancient stone street.
I wanted to capture the special stillness of this place, filled with the breath of southern summer.
The vivid flowers beside the house became the main accent of the composition for me.
Their colors seem to bring the old walls to life, connecting the past with the present.
The blue sky and lush greenery create a feeling of freedom and peacefulness.
While working on this painting, I tried to preserve the sense of calm I experienced here.
For me, Belvès is a sunlit memory of beauty, time, and the quiet joy of life.
