Strange Territory

An imaginary territory seems to emerge and transform across the surface. Fluid colours, organic shapes, fine lines and tiny details coexist like fragments of an unknown ecosystem. Some forms appear to grow, spread or float, while open areas allow the composition to breathe. Pink, violet, turquoise, green and earthy tones meet in unexpected ways, creating a world somewhere between the vegetal, the microscopic and the imaginary. From a distance, the work reveals its overall landscape; up close, numerous small marks, textures and strange organisms invite the eye to wander and invent its own story.
