Spanish Springtime (2025) Original Mixed-media Painting by Marisa Añón

"Spanish Springtime"

There is a particular feeling in the Spanish countryside in spring — fresh greens, bright flowers and that beautiful light that makes everything feel alive. I wanted to bring some of that atmosphere into this painting, with colour and simple forms coming together in a spontaneous way.
