- Something Blue
Original artwork description
Something Blue is a striking geometric abstraction that plunges the viewer into a multi-dimensional, architectural labyrinth. Utilizing an isometric perspective, the composition features floating cubes, rectangular prisms, and sharp intersecting planes that challenge gravity and space. This painting took me six months to complete!
Palette: Saturated cobalt, cerulean, and ultramarine blues create a deep, atmospheric backdrop.
Contrast: Cool lavender, teal, and deep forest green shapes are punctuated by electric flashes of vibrant chartreuse.
Lines: Thin, precise diagonal vectors slice through the frame, acting as structural guideposts.
Mood: A cool, calculated precision meets a dreamlike, surreal vastness, evoking digital landscapes and mathematical theory.
