- Red bananas
Original artwork description
Bananas have to be yellow? Who says so, anyway?
In "Red Bananas," a familiar fruit transforms into something unconventional.
I am less interested in botanical accuracy than in the freedom to view the familiar in a new way. Color doesn't have to conform to expectations. And perhaps that applies to more than just bananas.
The piece is created using mixed media on paper mounted on a wooden panel, finished with a matte UV varnish, and comes ready to hang.
Materials used:
Acryl, Marker, coloured Pencils
Details:
- Mixed-media painting on Paper on board
- One of a kind artwork
- Size: 15 x 21 x 3cm
- Ready to hang
- Signed certificate of authenticity
- Style: Graphic, illustrative and typographic
- Subject: Flowers and plants
