Moonlight Irises Original Oil Painting by Natalia Lugovska

"Moonlight Irises" is a captivating floral oil painting that explores the delicate interplay between light and shadow. In this piece, a lush bouquet of bearded irises is captured in a moment of serene elegance. The petals, rendered in ethereal shades of pale cream and soft blush, seem to glow from within, creating a striking contrast against the deep, velvety teal and midnight-black background.

The artist uses a rich, painterly technique to bring out the ruffled, paper-like texture of the blooms. A single iris rests on the cool blue surface in the foreground, lending a poetic sense of transience and natural grace to the composition. Housed in a classic glazed teal pitcher, the arrangement exudes a quiet, nocturnal atmosphere—as if illuminated by the soft light of a full moon.

This original artwork is perfect for adding a touch of sophisticated drama and botanical beauty to a contemporary or classic interior.
