This drawing is rendered on stretched linen canvas in colored pencil, graphite, oil pastels and acrylic. It depicts a scrap of polka dotted tulle fabric framed by roughly drawn lines in dark teal, red and yellow. It started with just the suspended fabric. The framing lines made an appearance only after having been given a lesson on how to make a "Mondrian Drawing" by my 7 year old son.
