Hidden Depths (2025) Original Mixed-media Painting by Elena Jerger

This abstract painting captures the feeling of moving through deep, shifting waters where light, earth and energy meet. Layers of blue unfold across the canvas, interrupted by warm gold and bronze accents that create a striking sense of movement. The rich surface invites the eye to travel through the composition, discovering new details from different angles.
Created with acrylic paint on canvas (30x90cm), the mixed-media technique and textured paste create a pronounced 3D effect, giving the work depth and a tactile character. The abstraction leaves space for personal interpretation, while the carefully balanced color palette brings both calm and intensity.
A distinctive statement piece for a contemporary interior, it adds depth, atmosphere and a subtle touch of luxury to the space.
