Golden Serenity is an original large-format textured abstract painting, measuring 36 × 72 inches unframed and 38 × 74 inches framed. Inspired by weathered stone, shifting sands, and the quiet beauty of natural textures, it brings a tactile, calm, and grounded presence to modern interiors.

This is not a smooth, flat canvas. From across the room, the painting reads as an organic landscape of light and shadow, anchoring large open spaces. Up close, multi-layered reliefs and natural mineral textures reveal depth and intricacy.

Created using my signature technique, developed over many years, the work incorporates acrylic, marble powder, natural earth pigments, and select mineral elements to build its layered, sculptural surface. Earth tones and subtle metallic highlights add warmth and a refined, timeless quality.

I paint natural stone textures as atmosphere, focusing on the interplay between earth, texture, and ambient light. As the light changes throughout the day, the raised surfaces reveal new shadows and variations. Subtle metallic highlights catch the light, while the deeper reliefs create a sense of depth and movement.

The wide format works particularly well above a large sofa, credenza, sideboard, or dining console. It can also bring a quiet, sculptural focal point to a bedroom, office, or spacious entryway. The neutral earth palette complements interiors in cream, greige, taupe, warm beige, charcoal, raw wood, and natural marble.
