"Floating 2" (2024) Original Oil Painting by Susan Stewart
24 x 30 x 2" (unframed) / 24 x 30" (actual image size)
$2,200
Original artwork description
This painting, "Floating 2" is an oil & acrylic on fine linen. I was inspired as I painted this by the beautiful lakes here on Cape Cod. While painting the landscape I felt it needed a subject that would finalise the painting. It was only right to have an imaginary person floating in this painting and enjoying my imaginary landscape. I think we all need to float more often and just enjoy nature and let everything else go
Materials used:
oil, acrylic

- Oil painting on Canvas
- One of a kind artwork
- Size: 24 x 30 x 2" (unframed) / 24 x 30" (actual image size)
- Signed on the front
- Style: Expressive and gestural
- Subject: Landscapes, sea and sky
