Original artwork description
Using nature as a framework I pushed the colors and shapes into abstraction. I wanted to achieve more than the recognition of shape by adding the feel. Technically, I used gouache, ink, and oil paint with cold wax. The combination of materials adds to the depth and story. Use Artfinder discount code LORIE-SCHACKMANN-10-A9226F for 10% off.
