Figure 07 (2026) Original Gouache Painting by Anna Pepe

"Figure 07" (2026). Acrylic gouache painting on paper by Anna Pepe.

Unique piece of acrylic gouache painting on thick, textured paper. Abstract feminine geometric form in black and beige color. This piece is made using a rare extra-black pigment that almost doesn’t reflect light, creating a deep sensation of negative space.

Dimensions: 30 × 40 cm / 12" × 16"

In the "Figure" series, I depict the beauty of feminine forms through abstract compositions, limited by the small space of the paper surface. Each piece captures the essence of the female body in its simplest and most pure form, inviting the viewer to interpret and reflect on the underlying meanings. With a minimalist approach, these works challenge our perception of beauty and encourage a deeper understanding of the human form.

Painted on "Arches" cold pressed watercolor paper, 300gsm

The work has the signature and stamp of the artist Anna Pepe. With a certificate of authenticity.
