A quiet evening in the Yorkshire Dales. Sheep dotted about the landscape which is bathed in the warm glow of a Summers evening.
This painting was inspired by a trip to the dales in the very hot Summer of 2023. We did a walk near Muker through fields of buttercups and wild scabious. The dry stone walls had long since started to topple in places and in between the stones, fox gloves were poking through.
The painting is supplied all ready to hang. It is framed in a white wooden float frame.
