Original artwork description
In "cieli e fiori rosa", Antonino Puliafico explores flowers and botanical forms in an original oil painting on canvas. Measuring 113 × 95 cm and dated 2025, the work balances immediate visual impact with close-range surface detail.
The painting develops through palette knife, allowing the physical texture of the paint to remain central to the image. A pink palette contributes to the work’s chromatic rhythm.
Skies and Pink Blossoms” immerses viewers in a lively interplay between water, foliage, and a brilliant sky. Antonino Puliafico employs thick, expressive strokes of oil paint, creating lush textures that capture the reflections on a serene surface.
Its scale, colour and material energy give the painting a distinctive presence while preserving the spontaneity of Puliafico’s gestural language.
The artwork is professionally protected for tracked shipping and is accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity.
Materials used:
First-rate oil colors of the Florentine brand "DI VOLO" applied with spatula were used for the painting, and the pictorial support is a cottono canvas pre-painted for oil painting with Gesso and Glue.
