Cardamomo (2022) Original Oil Painting by Antonino Puliafico

"Cardamomo" brings Antonino Puliafico’s gestural approach to colour, rhythm and material gesture into an original oil painting on canvas. Measuring 130 × 100 cm and dated 2022, the work balances immediate visual impact with close-range surface detail.

Material presence is essential: palette knife and brushwork give the work a layered surface in which gesture and colour remain clearly visible. A green palette contributes to the work’s chromatic rhythm.

Cardamom" is a fascinating abstract work that radiates energy, vigor and strength through the skillful use of palette knife and vibrant shades of green. The artist has captured the essence of the scent of cardamom, transforming it into a visual explosion of sensations and emotions.

The result is a one-of-a-kind work with a strong physical presence, conceived for collectors drawn to contemporary Italian painting and expressive colour.

For shipping, the canvas is carefully protected and sent in a heavy-duty tube with tracking, together with a Certificate of Authenticity.
