We are very pleased with this lovely painting - it arrived in perfect condition and well packaged. Delivery took a couple of days longer due to the Christmas period, but the artfinder rating should be about the artwork and not the postal service :-) In sum, we are very happy - a gem in our collection!

We are very pleased with this lovely painting - it arrived in perfect condition and well packaged. Delivery took a couple of days longer due to the Christmas period, but the artfinder rating should be about the artwork and not the postal service :-) In sum, we are very happy - a gem in our collection!

I am still awaiting for this peice to arrive, which I suspect is a problem with the mail system and not the artist. Artist has offered a refund, but I have agreed to giving it more time . Artist has reached out for updates. Hopefully it will arrive soon.

Dear Pamela, I am very sorry for all the problems with this delivery. I have sent the painting in the same manner as I usually do. Until now this postal service was very reliable and I never had any problems with them (they are the biggest postal company in Italy). I want to assure you that you will not suffer any negative consequences regarding your payment. As soon as we figure out this unfortunate situation you will be noticed. (I'm working with Artfinder to find a solution) EDIT: The painting has finally arrived on the 9th od February. Once again I'm very sorry for the delay. All the best
