  • Winner 1st Price  "Concours de Sculpture de la ville du Lavandou" 2010.
Winner 1st Price  "Nationale Kunstdagen" Amsterdam 2011.
Artist statement :  'Art has always been my passion but it wasn't until the year 2000 that I discovered the ideal form of expression for my work; sculpture and bronze statues. Within a relative short period of time, I created my own personal style.
The theme of my work is ‘the woman’, an inexhaustible source of inspiration. Working without model or photo, I combine opposites like simplicity and exaggeration, delicacy and robustness, resulting in elegant positions in frozen movement. Natural forms with a touch of humor. I am searching out the limits of the aesthetic without compromising my desire for harmony and elegancy, which makes the work of art even more powerful.
Since 2003, I have also been teaching sculpture in my workshop "Atelier La Salamandre". '
