Artist's description:

This photo was taken in Cambridge while Astra Zeneca Headquarters were being built. I loved the way the cranes were lit from bottom to top. The towering cranes contrasted against the night sky, and the artificial light dotted about gave me that appealing star-burst quality. There was a sense of the imposing, almost alien world beyond.

I use Hahnemuhle Photo-Rag 308gsm, which is a smooth white 100% rag based fine art inkjet paper specifically designed for creative individuals using digital photographic output. The 308gsm Photo-Rag is one of Hahnemuhle's most popular papers and often considered the industry standard that photographers base professional photographic output on . With its premium matt inkjet coating Photo Rag® meets the highest industry standards regarding density, colour gamut, colour graduation and image sharpness while preserving the special touch and feel of genuine art paper.
