Zen is from my Calm collection. It is a capturing of the sea and shore, using an intentionally calming colour palette to reflect the feeling of total relaxation a day spent by the coast can bring. It is a semi abstract landscape painting, inspired by the coastlines in Cornwall, UK.
Zen is finished with an archival gloss varnish to protect the oil paint.
