The Xantus hummingbird was named anbout John Xantus de Vesey, a Hungarian zoologist. These birds live in the southern Baja Peninsula of Mexico.
It's an endangered bird!
I drew this bird onto linoleum, cut it out, printed it on Italian paper and colored it with watercolors.
