Part of my 'Alone' Series 2020/2021
In the back streets of a Spanish Poligono Industrial Estate on a damp winter's evening at the beginning of 2022, after dropping my very ill 14 year old Jack Russel, Peggy, at the veterinary hospital, not knowing if she would come out of there on her feet the next day, this scene caught my eye. The global events of 2020 & 2021 wreaked havoc on my brain and my capture here represents for me a desolate scene where the only light and hope in amongst it is expressed by www.
Peggy came through her operation, it was a miracle and she is by my side as I type, rejuvenated and reinvigorated. Incredible things can happen!
