a cricket ground in winter is so melancholy... empty seats, scoreboard reading 0's, square roped off, hints of summer green under the snow, heavy sky full of more snow
i painted 2 pictures of worcester cricket ground a year or so ago, now i have done the same compositions in winter.
it was easy to spot the ball on the summer pictures, can you spot the snowball on one of these? [may need to zoom in!]
