I made this piece cause I love wolves, such intelligent animals. You can tell they are working things out as they keep a vigilant eye on you. Their calls are haunting and I wanted to try and capture that mystical / haunting feeling you might have if you ever came across one in the forests of North America. I love this painting and hope it finds a great home where it'll be loved.
