This is a watercolour painting of a woman lying on her side. I love the gentle twist of her back, and gentle curves over her waist, buttocks and shoulders. The watercolour washes of Alizarin crimson and warm sepia browns give the image a warm and relaxed glow. The pose was not held for long, so I had to work quickly and confidently.
The painting is window-mounted, ready to frame.
