I love the calm days of autumn and winter and my favourite colours are russet and grey-blue; I very rarely use vivid colouring in my artwork or even in my everyday clothing! I love painting in subdued colours which in 2016 have been greatly influenced by my current works on Indian Khadi paper which I buy in muted shades of blue and grey.
