Pure encaustic, hot beeswax, and pigments on OSB plate from 2017.
Some of my pictures were made for a thematic exhibition. This painting was made for the 2017 Winter Still Life exhibition (Ujpest Gallery, Budapest, Hungary). where it won an award.
In recent years, I have used OSB as a basis. By retracting the paint layers, I use the texture of the veneer as part of my compositions to create a unique rustic industrial atmosphere. This is recycled art.
This work will be delivered with Care Instruction of my encaustic paintings and a signed certificate of authenticity. Carefully packaged and tracked shipping. I ship this works in cardboard boxes carefully wrapped in bubble foil and protecting the painting with cardboard.
