Architectural study in ink with watercolour wash of the stone window in the 13th century historic Second court of St John's College, Cambridge.
The walls of the colleges in Cambridge look imposing and non-penetrable. The stones have so many stories to tell. But, the windows show the glimpses of what has long gone by, and what is yet to come.
On heavyweight acid-free cartridge paper, signed in front and back. This will be mounted on a grey sheet with a margin for framing. Drawing will be sent unframed in a reinforced envelope. Please contact me if you would like to add a mount or a frame to the order.
There is some writing on the reverse of the paper which doesn't affect the artwork on the front in anyway.
