Question for the artist?

Artist's description:

An abstract study of a classic neo-classical 1930's London office block in the borough of Westminster. This iconic structure evokes images in the mind of power struggles in corporate London or spy-catcher type scenarios within the "grey building" by men in "grey suits".
The image has been duplicated with a layered mirror image and alternative viewing angle images to create this powerful final image with great depth and impressionistic style.
A truly stunning picture to grace any studio, gallery, office or home.
