Artist's description:

An original abstract art work, looking at texture and simulating the effects of weathering. I live on the coast, and the salt water and sea air affect everything, from the colours and shapes of the driftwood, to the peeling paint of the beach huts, and the leaning shapes of the trees and shrubs.
Created using only Artist's grade acrylic paints, marble dust, brushes and palette knives. The painting is varnished and ready to hang.

Total measurements are 16x12 inches approximately, 30x40cm, stretched linen canvas. The linen is tacked around the edge of the canvas, but I have painted over this in white, as shown in the pictures.
Signed by the artist to the back.
Unique, not just a print or series.

Materials used:

Artist's quality acrylic paint, palette knives/brushes

Weathering #5; Flash of Cobalt. (2017)
