Artist's description:

This lady is selling water chestnuts on the streets of the northern most city of north-east Thailand, in the Mae Sai district of Thailand. It sits across from Tachileik, the border city on the Burma/Myanmar side. Its about a 1 hour drive north of Chiang Rai, Thailand. Although the people are poor, they are resourceful and love to laugh.

All of my artworks come with a signed and dated certificate of authenticity.

I use archival quality watercolour paper and paint with professional grade acrylics with high quality color pigments that have very good to excellent resistance to fading. The painting is matted under glass inside a wooden frame. It is wired and ready to hang.
