Artist's description:

A relealistic painting of a squirrel caught in a moment of time. When I lived in Surrey, I often walked in Richmond Park, and would always have my camera with me. It was a beautiful autumnal day, the squirrels were everywhere busy gathering nuts for the Winter. I snapped this squirrel and loved his bright alert eyes, I have captured the brief moment the squirrel was still before scampering up into the depths of the tree.

Materials used:

Pastel on pastelmat, mounted and backing board using a pH neutral and non acidic board.
