This painting inspired by an early morning run in the middle of this hot summer. The fields were yellow and the sky blue. So beautiful. I've exaggerated these colours to give a feeling of warmth and happiness, which is the emotion I felt on this hot summer morning. Its an oil on canvas. I have painted the sides with Paynes grey, so this painting is ready to hang.

Oil, Canvas, Wax Medium and Linseed oil.
