Question for the artist?

Artist's description:

Being innovative and challenging convention come in many forms and walking the landscape line fits into that category. The combination of the self-made industrial canvas, adhesive material and application, unknowingly provides the viewer with a radical work. Another interesting aspect of the art is that it seems they might have been intended as a triptych, only because when placed side-by-side, they become an entire work.

When everything seems to have been done, how do you create newness that the artist believes in, and has an obsession to keep going when all the signs are not favourable.
Art made from adhesives is not something you view every day, in fact when researching who may have used the material, there was nothing to be found that was comparable?

This artwork has been produced on board covered in decorator’s cloth with a wooden frame

Materials used:

Household PVA and acrylic paint
