Original artwork description:

A small painting on canvas board, which aims to evoke the emotion involved in both belonging and leaving....leaving an island, leaving a beloved place or person, leaving part of one's life behind -even while going towards something new.

It's painted using professional artist quality acrylics, and has one coat of varnish. The painting is initialled in the lower right front and is labelled/signed in full on the reverse.
It is unframed and has no hanging fixtures, so will need to be framed by the purchaser.

The painting will be carefully packaged and sent tracked with a reputable carrier. Please note that the shipping costs quoted are the maximum for the destination country and the package size and weight: if there is a discrepancy between the estimated and actual postage costs, I will ask Artfinder to reimburse the difference to the buyer.

Thank you for your interest in this painting. I would be very glad to answer any questions about it, so please get in touch if there is anything you would like to ask.

International buyers please be aware that any import duties, taxes or charges are not included in the painting price or shipping charges; these are entirely the responsibility of the buyer and cannot be reimbursed later. The artist is also not responsible for any additional costs related to delays in transit or at customs. Buyers are requested to make their own enquiries regarding any such additional charges which may apply in their country.
