This painting is a 'mood portrait' where the viewer is invited to ponder what the model is thinking about. Is she waiting for someone or something?
Painted from live sittings, this work is created in oil on double primed canvas and is professionally framed and ready to hang in a patterned (distressed look) dark brown wood frame with bronze trim. The richness of the red in this work pops against the blue background. Framed size of the artwork is 30" x 25.75" x 1.5"
The work has been sealed with Gamblin Gamar varnish for UV protection. The painting, signed on the front and back, will be sent with a certificate of authenticity
