'Visiting Bobert' is an original drawing using ink and pencil on hand stained paper. Measuring 350mm x 440mm in size this is a lovely study of summer time with bees, birds, flowers a plenty and three very eager hares on their way to visit their good pal Bobert the bird...chanting..."When spring is with us the bees rejoice and the flowers bloom"
I love to experiment with abstract shape and pattern within a drawing and my imagination meanders in a happy way as I draw using words to tell a small tale within the drawing. This piece is alive with flowers which were a pleasure to draw.
