I painted 'View over Ramsgate Kent' on location on a hot summer day in Ramsgate.
The view is from Albion Place, where I was attracted by the sinuous shapes of the road down into the Harbour area, and also the road at the top of the West Cliff in the distance. From this viewpoint are many rooftops between which are steep steps down to the harbour front. In the distance is the coastline at Sandwich and Deal.

This is an original oil painting on canvas board and it comes to you ready to frame.
It would make a lovely gift for someone who knows the town and harbour, or who just loves this part of Kent.
I have signed it on the front, in the lower left corner, and It comes to you carefully wrapped and with a signed certificate of authenticity. It is NOT framed, the photo is for illustrative purposes only.
