side street with view to, Via Alessandro Volta, oil on cardboard and wood, 42x52cm. Our host came on foot towards us through the allegedly nameless alley. The street name sign was covered by a temporary fencing. Our host was a warmhearted likeable person who guided us to the parking space which we would never have found ourselves. When she saw Gina, she told us about her own pets, a dog some cats and turtles. I couldn´t answer her question about how our dog reacted to turtles and I didn´t tell her about my own fear of turtles, since they will be there anyway. I only asked her whether they will be in our apartment. Luckily that was not the case.
