Original artwork description:

Concealed behind the exploded diagram of an Ak47 sit two East and West facing Decommissioned AK47’s. Basking in the glow of orange neon suggesting sun rise, sun set and the angry glow of war these weapons are obscured and invite closer inspection. The viewer is then confronted with a weird visual distortion making one feel both inside and outside the work, emphasizing the deconstruction reconstruction power of the piece.

Materials used:

Neon, metal, mirror, wood, MDF
